Why is it that some things seem to be unmeasureable?
Is it because they do not exist?
Is it because we don't know how to measure them?
Is it because we are looking in the wrong places?
Is it because they don't want to be measured?
Is it because the process of measuring them affects their existence?
A question perhaps difficult to answer, but certainly worthy of asking.

To the extent that I experience my body as "it"- fighting it, fearing it, fixing it, pleasuring it, punishing it - I am not truly experiencing life.
When I am fully engaged in life, this body does not occur to me as "it"; rather it does not occur to me at all. It simply becomes a gateway to aliveness, in all its glory. When this happens, I naturally choose sourcing, nourishing, cleansing, and moving in alignment with my purpose.

Engagement determines capacity.

How many of us live from the assumption that capacity determines engagement? That is, if we believe we have the capacity for something, we might engage. If we believe we do not have the capacity, we do not engage.

Consider living from the premise that capacity emerges from engagement. The best way to acquire a given capacity is to engage in something that requires it. The capacity will emerge.

Engagement determines capacity.

What capacity are you growing today?
