To the extent that I experience my body as "it"- fighting it, fearing it, fixing it, pleasuring it, punishing it - I am not truly experiencing life.
When I am fully engaged in life, this body does not occur to me as "it"; rather it does not occur to me at all. It simply becomes a gateway to aliveness, in all its glory. When this happens, I naturally choose sourcing, nourishing, cleansing, and moving in alignment with my purpose.
